2.  Returns And Exchanges Policies

If at any time you find a defect of any kind on merchandise you have purchased from us or if you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please send a brief email describing the defect and we will send a replacement item, free of charge and arrange for the return of the defective item or wrong item. If you receive the wrong item please tell us what you received including item No, size & color. No additional shipping will be charged for replacing defective items or if the item received was incorrect.

It is recommended that you insure your return package with the postal service or ship returns back EMS,UPS or FedEx. We can not be responsible for packages that we do not receive or packages arriving damaged to shipping.

Merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it, complete with original package. Clothing and Shoes must be unworn and in original package.
